Description

If there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized drug or alcohol use in the workplace, you need to be able to approach the employee in a way that’s not apprehensive; you need to be able to document what happened as a result of alcohol or drug use; and, you need to make a decision based on the interview with your suspected employee. This training course goes over the following topics:

  • Isolating and reviewing events that may have been caused by suspected drug or alcohol use
  • Observing physical, behavioral and performance-based symptoms of drug and alcohol use
  • Documenting events that took place as a result of suspected drug or alcohol use in the workplace
